Final costs will depend on your chosen floor plan, any customisations, site requirements, and any necessary approvals—but our team will guide you through every detail to ensure clarity and confidence from day one.
Construction begins once you have paid your first instalment, and from there your home can generally be delivered within a 12 week period. We are always focused on keeping things moving forward and keeping you informed every step of the way.
